We provide direct billing with most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. We are happy to file your insurance claims for you. If you have any questions regarding your insurance coverage please do not hesitate to call the office so we can further assist you.
If you do not have full dental coverage, we do ask for the portion not covered by your dental plan to be paid at the time of your visit. We will be able to let you know of your dental coverage prior to your appointment when we confirm coverage details with your insurance carrier.
